The Shortclip reloaded (800x50 Pixel) is placed time-delayed on the bottom of the screen still in the visible area.
Only after the whole website was loaded, the Shortclip reloaded will be loaded, this way the ad format benefits from surprising the user and gains his maximum attention. The Shortclip Reloaded appears for 15 seconds and expands "on-click" into a transparent full-screen-layer - where the video is played.
Instead of a video ad a static format can be shown.
